Celebrating 10 years of Athens Science Café

The goal of the Athens Science Café (ASC) is to facilitate a connection between the scientific community of Athens, GA, and the Athens community at large. We do so by hosting scientific conversations similar to a TED talk at local Breweries and coffee shops. It is our current mission to reach a more diverse group of Athenians. To do this, we tailor café topics for our audience based on community feedback and hold free events at accessible community spaces in and around the university.
