Creativity for Coaches

The ICF defines Coaching as “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them…” But what is creativity? And are you as a coach equipped to help a client unleash their creativity? With an increased focus on the importance of creativity, coaches need to have an understanding of creativity, the process of creativity, and some tools their clients can use to help their creative problem-solving process. This session will begin to explain all this.
