CT.Uni – Creative Thinking
Higher education teachers who are committed to promoting creative thinking in their own classrooms will join host partner IPG in Guarda, Portugal, for the first Learning, Teaching & Training Event of the Erasmus+ project CT.Uni – Creative Thinking: Taking an Innovative and STEAM Approach for a Transdisciplinary University (2022-2025), scheduled for World Creativity and Innovation Week 2023. This consortium of eight European universities involves sharing and examining experiences, ideas and teaching materials to grow creative competences, especially within a STEAM approach where Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics guide student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking. Interacting and testing with ongoing questions and hands-on experimentation aims to promote effective teaching so that teachers can strengthen their own teaching and learning of creativity in higher education. This collaboration aims to provide support for students, researchers, lecturers and managers opportunities to transcend the boundaries of their own fields of study by thinking divergently, critically, and creatively.
