Daydream. Imagine. Play. Helping students reconnect with their superpowers

Most students begin college with a preconceived idea of what society expects from them, stifling their ability to dream, imagine, and pursue their own paths. I discuss a creativity course for first-year college students aimed at empowering them to envision their ideal future. Deliberate creativity techniques and metacognitive activities help students build confidence and increase self-worth.
