Open Data and Creativity – comparing experiences and potential for Sustainable Innovation
ANCI LAZIO, the association of municipalities of Lazio Region (Italy) proposes a dialogue on the Open Data for the development of creativity and innovative services. The work in progress for the creation of a platform capable of managing large volumes of dynamic data, allowing the public and private sector to benefit from the analysis broad data, within the European project DYDAS (co-financed by the Connecting Europe Facility – CEF Program), will be presented. An intervention by Eng. Marco Gatti will illustrate the work done and the next steps in view of the launch of the DYDAS platform.
Alessia Berti, WCID Ambassador for Italy will illustrate the importance of learning and applying robust structured methodologies to create creative processes and face challenges for sustainable innovation. The managers of LAZIOcrea, Simone Ursini and Laure Morizet, together with Silvia Mazzini, open data Specialist of Mindsait, will offer a picture of the state of the art on the Open data infrastructure of the Lazio Region and on the work on the dataset for youth policies and the creativity. Finally, prof. Andrea Colantoni, will illustrate the work produced for measuring creativity and uncertainty and synergies to foster dialogue between SMEs and the Research, initiated between University of TUSCIA and CeFAS, the Special Agency of the Viterbo Chamber of Commerce.
At the round table, were invited the Operations manager of CeFAS, Stefano Gasbarra and the Mayor Aldo D’Achille, entered the ranking of the 32 finalist mayors of the World Mayor Project 2021 international competition, who showed exceptional managerial and social skills during the pandemic and which are preparing their cities to become Strong, Fair and Green.
