Whittle Inventor’s Fair
We plan to celebrate Creativity and Innovation by encouraging students to use the Inventor’s process to find, investigate, and solve a problem in their lives. We will invite students to participate by building and testing new inventions, using their engineering and design skills to go above and beyond. On April 17, we will share successful examples from the Global Innovation Field Trip, and take part by speaking with students about the importance of innovation, persistence and the “inventor’s spirit”. On May 22, students will bring their inventions to school for an Inventor’s Fair to showcase their talents. We will include an awards ceremony to honor the most creative and successful inventions to encourage students participation from year to year.
