Faber Entrepreneurship Center presents: Blockchain Means Business
Blockchain Means Business!
Forget about crypto and NFTs! It’s time to learn about the technology behind these movements and learn how it can help your business.
Blockchain Means Business is a Faber Center event answering critical questions around entrepreneur opportunities in the blockchain space.
The event features professionals working in the blockchain and Web3 space, entrepreneurs with blockchain experience, and investors with blockchain and crypto knowledge. Panels with expert explanations and advice, and lots of ideating and networking will fill this three-hour event exploring all things blockchain.
Blockchain Means Business is the first Opportunity Workshop being held by the Faber Center for the community, entrepreneurs therein, and higher-ed counterparts. The event is open to students, citizens, and anyone else considering 1) building a business in the blockchain space, 2) augmenting an existing business with blockchain capabilities, or 3) new ideas and possibilities for blockchain in the next 5 years

More about Opportunity Workshops
Opportunity Workshops concentrate all attendees on a single focus concept while facilitating the learning, ideating, exploration, and planning around a spectrum of business opportunities. Opportunity Workshops bridge gaps between populations (example: students and off-campus community members), academic disciplines (example: arts and business), and theory and function (example: study and practice). Opportunity Workshops spark conversation, facilitate exploration, and lay the groundwork for further action. These condensed learning and networking opportunities will create common spaces for focused brainstorming and forge relationships. The series will catalyze business creation.
