A Year Living with Your Imagination
This project brings imagination and wellbeing accessible to everyone! The goal of this year-long project is to help you achieve sustainable change through intentional and continuous practice. For the next 365 days, one daily evidence-based practice is posted on the project page. Each practice is designed to strengthen your imagination, deepen your inner development, and cultivate optimism so you can reach your potential and pursue your dreams.
Practices are rooted in positive psychology interventions, imagination and creativity research, cognitive behavioral theory, and mindfulness-based practices.
They are organized as seven categories – each covering core cognitive mechanisms, thinking styles, behaviors, and human skills.
⏰ Practices take between 5 to 30 minutes to complete – or more if you want!
📆 Each day focuses on one area of practice, with some exercises repeating for sustained practice.
🙏 The last day of the week focuses on intentionally making a change in your life to build a new habit and shift your mindset.
