Creative Caribbean
UNESCO, CARICOM, and the University of the West Indies and cordially invite you to the launch of the Creative Caribbean – An Ecosystem of Play for Growth and Development project on April 21, 2022 at 11:00 am EST during a live virtual event.
Creative Caribbean provides grants to creative and cultural practitioners to improve their economic conditions and promote the long-term growth of the Caribbean creative and cultural industries (CCI), while positioning CCI as a catalyst for social and economic growth and sustainable development.
The project is funded by the European Union with support from the Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States under the ACP-EU Culture Program and is implemented in Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago.
