Creativity in Education
The aim of the event, organised in cooperation with the Centre for Research and Promotion of Talent at the Faculty of Education, University of Ljubljana and the Division of Psychologists in Education at the Association of Psychologists of Slovenia, is to highlight the importance of creativity, innovation and invention in various fields for the society we live in today and for modern sustainable development. Through the public debate, we also want to bring experiences and insights about the current and future significance of creativity and innovation in preschool and school into the reflection on the content and goals of the National Programme for Education 2023/2033, which is being prepared this year under the auspices of the Ministry of Education.
We invite representatives of preschool and school management, preschool and school counsellors, educators and teachers, as well as interested members of the public to this event.
The programme will run from 10.00 to 14.00. Keynote speakers will highlight the interdisciplinary nature of approaches to cultivating creativity and innovation, followed by a roundtable discussion on fostering creativity in educational settings.
