Empowering women entrepreneurship in STEM fields.
The session focuses on females in STEAM(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)fields. The session topics include in Jordan: facts about females’ graduates in STEAM fields at the regional country level, the less representation of STEAM females graduates in the job market, the importance of females representation in STEAM occupations, the factors underlying the underrepresentation of females in these fields, and finally recommendations to improve females presence in STEAM at country level considering advancing entrepreneurship education.
