Global Green Action Day in Portugal
Global Green Action Day is an international initiative that brings together businesses, innovators, and decision-makers to co-create tangible solutions for sustainability challenges. Our focus this year is aligned with the UN World Environment Day and centres on ending plastic pollution.
The programme kicks off on April 21, World Creativity and Innovation Day, with the launch of our E-learning Platform — designed to equip participants with the tools and knowledge to take meaningful action.
Throughout the programme, participants will explore three core themes:
• Innovation & Regulation – Navigating systems change through policy and strategy
• Decarbonisation & Circular Economy – Creating climate-smart, circular business models
• AI for Sustainability – Leveraging technology to accelerate environmental impact
In the lead-up to our finale on June 5, we’re offering a series of free Warm-up Sessions on LinkedIn Live — open to all. These interactive panels feature real-world cases and expert perspectives to inspire collaboration and innovation. Join us to learn, connect, and take action — culminating on World Environment Day, with online and on-site Action Days in Vienna, Stockholm, and Lisbon.
