Kreator: AI Generator of Creative Ideas — Published on World Creativity Day
On World Creativity and Innovation Day, philosopher Mikhail Epstein (Emory University) announces the publication of Kreator — an AI-powered generator of creative ideas grounded in creatorics, a new science of creative thinking. Kreator is based on the creatème, the minimal three-phase structure of the creative act: initial matrix → productive anomaly → new matrix. The generator takes any text as input and discovers what the text cannot see about itself, producing genuinely new concepts, rules, and disciplinary frameworks. The full bilingual paper (English and Russian), together with the generator’s source code, is available as an open-access preprint on Zenodo (https://zenodo.org/records/19464104), SSRN (https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=6540198), and PhilArchive (https://philarchive.org/rec/EPSAGO-2).
