The Makerere University Entrepreneurship and Innovation center organized a pitching event for students in the school of business. 130 first year MBA students teamed up to compete in a pitch competition where they presented entrepreneurial solutions to a panel of business professionals and the panel funded 1 winning team’s solution.

The Makerere University Entrepreneurship Center works to foster entrepreneurship through nurturing innovations and startups. They host monthly breakfast meetings, trainings, business clinics, and business plan competitions where young entrepreneurs network, share ideas, and grow with one another.
