Join Creativity Steward and strategic innovation advisor Christa Heydt-Hernandez for this live virtual session offered as a celebration of World Creativity and Innovation Day and in support of the Inner Development Goals. In 60 minutes, you’ll be introduced to the research-backed distinction between organizational culture and creative climate, learn how to recognize where climate shows up (and breaks down) in the teams and spaces you lead, and discover a practical framework for stepping into your role as an active steward of creative climates.
This session closes with three immediately actional steps, things you can do before your next meeting ends, to shift the creative climate you’re responsible for.
No prior knowledge of creativity research is required. Bring your curiosity, your calendar, and at least one meeting you’re dreading.
