If you have been following the trends, you’ve probably heard that AI (and maybe ChatGPT) wants to take away your job. How true?

While the technology threat is real, it is not the entire truth. Truth is nothing can really fully replace a human because of certain human qualities. One quality at the top of that list is Creativity. In fact, it is on almost every list of what employers want in the workplace.

If employers want creativity so much, it must mean there is not enough of it currently being displayed in the workplace. So, one surefire way to stand out as an intrapreneur is to excel when it comes to creativity. You might be wondering or you might have told yourself for the longest time, I am not creative. Perhaps because you don’t sing, draw and write?

The good news is everyone has the capacity for creativity! And that is why in celebration of World Creativity and Innovation Day, we will be hosting a 60-minute FreeExchange Session (April edition of the virtual IILab) to explore simple practices for becoming more creative at work (and there’ll be a short snippet on how AI can help you in that regard).
