Ziska is an Associate Business Professor at the University of Johannesburg. Her work continues as the chair of Innovation Research at the Chemnitz University of Technology. Her research is focused on theoretical and applied creativity. She developed two theoretical models to measure creativity in South Africa, focusing on youth.
