Katja is a consultant, executive trainer, researcher, lecturer, coach, and conference speaker, operating at the intersection of business (Mindshake) and academia (Porto University & Porto Business School). With a Ph.D. in Design and a Master’s in Applied Creativity, she has over 20 years of experience in Creative Thinking, Design Thinking, Creative Processes, and Innovation. Katja is the (co-)author of numerous books and articles on creativity and innovation. In the consultancy field, she specialised in supporting the design of innovation frameworks and their organisational implementation.German by birth, and Portuguese by choice, Katja lives and works since 1990 in Porto.
